Regulatory Policy Director
Joined Ruffer in 2016, from the British Banking Association, previous to which she spent nine years in Paris as a Director at the European Securities Markets Authority, the European Commission’s regulatory authority and its founding body, the Committee of European Securities Regulators. Prior to this, she worked at the UK’s financial regulator, the Financial Services Authority and held various positions in Central Policy and in the Prudential Policy Department. She graduated in 1995 with a BA honours degree in East Asian Studies and Korean language from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne.
