On an annual basis, Ruffer publishes information relating to all the client orders it has carried out during the preceding calendar year.
We published for the first time in April 2018, again in April 2019 and April 2020. The 2020 report is the last report Ruffer LLP published, as publication is no longer a regulatory requirement. However, Ruffer S.A. will continue to publish its report annually.
There are two parts to the publication
- a quality of execution report
- data on the top five execution venues Ruffer has used. This will cover different classes of financial instrument, split between retail and professional clients, and executed and transmitted transactions
The quality of execution report analyses and summarises the conclusions Ruffer has drawn from monitoring its trading activities over the relevant period. The data on top five execution venues is published in machine–readable format, in line with regulatory requirements.
