Our graduate programme offers extensive on-the-job training together with external courses and the opportunity to gain professional qualifications.
As one of our graduate trainees, you would be given early responsibility, working closely alongside partners and directors of Ruffer.
We offer two types of role on the programme. The first, combines both investing and clients. The second is in one of our technology teams.
